Their nicknames are Rollies and NJ; I was given their wedding card as an inspiration for this cake (last picture). The only must I had to add is their Ego Camera that they carry everywhere as they are sports fanatics. The bottom tier is a cake; the upper is a dummy that they will add to their keepsakes.
Since this is an adults’ cake, I got to add my pureed caramelized tangerine peel to one of the buttercream layers.
