Patriotic Birthday Cake for a Naval Leutenant

8- and 14-inch round cakes were covered in white fondant and draped with a fondant American flag. The sailor hat was created with Rice Krispies Treats, and the anchors, ropes, banner, and Naval seal were created with fondant and gum paste.
