An American touring Ireland who lives in Shanghai was looking for a cake to celebrate her birthday while she was on her travels. I have to say I had A LOT of fun making this one. Couldn’t stop myself. This was a chocolate cake with mint chocolate buttercream. Cake is covered in the usual and the figurine is made out of modelling chocolate/candy clay. Sea monster is made from candy clay (homemade modelling chocolate made out of candy melts). Hope you like it!
