This was my husband´s birthday cake. He loves Star Wars so I made him in carbonite ha ha like Han Solo. It was a surprise and when he saw the cake his eyes went sparkling ha ha.
I used a new chocolate fondant i never used before… it gave me sooooo much headache, it cracked all the time since the beginning. I never used it again.
It´s a carrot cake with layers of cheese buttercream.
