I made a wedding cake for this couple a year ago, and they asked me to make a replica of the bottom tier for their first anniversary, with a wintery topper. What a compliment! I have to say, I am thrilled with this – I think it’s one of my favourites ever. I added the little “snow storm” to give it a little height, and I am so pleased with it.
