Manolito Gafotas, which translates as “Manolito Four Eyes”, is a beloved fictional character created by Elvira Lindo, whose books are cherished by children and adults alike. It has recently been the 20th anniversary of the first book of the collection and we had the privilage of creating this cake for his “birthday party”.
We loved making this cake and were honoured to have been chosen for this event.
