I do love this cake. It was made to celebrate the 25th wedding anniversary of Maria and Jim. They met on a photography club trip to Paris. She noticed him on the bus when he dropped his camera and broke his tri-pod. I like to think of it as him being stunned by her beauty and . .. a proper ‘love is’ moment.
The cake is an 8" baileys and 6" raspberry swirl. Everything is edible.
