This cake was made for a girl who loves VW buses & was about to compete in a triathlon. The model is wearing her running gear & goggles & is carrying her bike on the back of the bus. This entire project is handmade & edible. No moulds were used. Apologies for the appalling lighting. Photos were taken in rainy Dublin just before the cake was picked up!
