Sugar glass ice panels made from Isomalt. Handmade 3D Olaf and 2D Elsa. I took so many photos but feel they haven’t captured the sugar glass ice panels as well as I would have liked.

I soooo loved making this cake for a repeat customer – I have made all her kid’s cakes for the last 2 years. So happy with the way the cake turned out! It’s one cake that I have been wanting to make for a long time!
