My granddaughter loves everything Minnie Mouse so it wasn’t difficult to decide what to make for her 3rd birthday party today.
However everything you can think of went wrong with this cake and the clean simplicity I envisaged with Minnie sitting on top became somewhat more decorated!
Minnie though behaved herself and I quite fell in love with her!
All the angst was worth while when I saw her face light up – and those of all the other children.
