This is one of our display cakes in store at the moment as we are teaching these techniques in classes at our Cake Academy.
Joanne has used a mixture of Peonies, Ranunculus, Roses, Hydrangeas and Filler Flowers to create this beautiful topper. All this topper needs is a plain white stacked cake to accompany it – as why would you need anything else?

This is one of our longer 1 day classes and we squeeze all of these techniques into a 7 hour session.
