Hi, I found this cake a little challenging with my customers brief being “she loves to swim”!
I was quite pleased with the outcome though…what do you think??
This was for a 40th birthday and the birthday girl loved it, which was the main thing.
It was a 10" rich chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, covered in sugar paste.
