I made this cake for the Super Mom Cake Collaboration with 50 other cake decorators. What an amazing experience.
This was my pieces and completely inspired by my mom.
She loved flowers and one of the things she missed about my dad’s passing was that he always bought her flowers.
She didn’t like a single flower said it made the flowers lonely so it had to be a bunch with lots of variety! She said wish life was spring all year round.
She loved buds very much; it reminded her of kids and growth.
She loved dressing up and would specially dress well when leaving us at the airport, said she wanted us to remember her well just in case.
And that is how I remember her last at the airport – in the Rose Pink dress.
Roses were he favorite. She always complained that no one in the family has painting skills, may be that’s why I try so hard to paint despite my bad painting skills.
