I was so blessed to be asked to join 50 other super talented cake artists to participate in a mothers collaboration and was so happy I said yes. Although I have never truly done flowers before and thought I was totally out of league I am very pleased with my final result. I did all the flowers in gum paste and grass is wafer paper. I dedicated this one to my home country of Australia seeing as I do not have a relationship with my mother, quite sad. Hope you all like it and happy mother’s day to all you lovely women out there that jungle your families, careers and your cakes on a daily basis, you are all superheroes to me. Big hugs.
