In Malta, Mother’s days is celebrated the second Sunday of May, i.e. tomorrow. This is the cake I came up with this year to celebrate all the mothers in my family. For the bottom tier I revisited the design I used in the hat box cake and used the same colours throughout the cake. I just love the pink and green colour combination!! The design on the bottom tier and the hat box cake was inspired by a cake by Nana & Nana Cakes.
