I loved creating this cake. I made it for my chiropractor who always goes the extra mile in treating me. Ironically I need chiropractic treatment from making cakes! This character is Po from Kung Fu Panda. If you haven’t seen the movie, Po is getting treatment from a preying Mantis while the Tiger is telling a very serious story. Right at a crucial moment, Mantis hits Po’s facial nerve and he ends up making this face, much to the discust of Tigris. Since my chiropracter does this type of work (minus the facial nerve thing!) I was inspired by the movie.
