My first attempt at a naked cake for a charity event. This cake proved how immediate my need is for an Agby leveler, lol. Usually they are hidden under fondant and it’ not a big deal, lol. It was huge too, 6", 10", and 14"! I used a mix of fruits and fresh flowers – no powdered sugar – as they did not think it would look good that way. What the client wants…right! Anyway, It’s not bad, but I’d do a few things different next time – starting with getting my hands on an Agby! ;-) I hope you like.
