Gatsby Girl ~ The Flapper

This was a cake I was initially not super excited about – it was replicated off a photo the customer brought in. I added the Gatsby Girl in her beautiful Flapper and suddenly the cake just jumped to life!
I only learnt recently that this dress is called the ‘Flapper’. Cake making is also an education, as you get to look up stuff on the net that you never thought of looking up!
