This is my end of year cake for college year1 bakery and sugarcraft

It has 3 modeling chocolate fairies inspired by Nadia’s models from Chokolate. They have gelatine wings and rice paper clothes.
Roses were made after I took a class with Christine from La lavande cake boutique.
