This was an 8" cake for a little girls 3rd Birthday. It was a lovely cake to make as I don’t often get to make cakes for girls. I wanted it to be understated and pretty and I think it turned out lovely. It was a vanilla cake with vanilla butter cream and coated in chocolate ganache and fondant.
