Hi everyone ! This is my daughters 12th birthday cake . I’m hoping the model captures Christiana’s incessant pouting ( can’t think who she takes after lol) I applied the stripes using the wax paper method and the cake is chocolate and vanilla layers filled and covered in galaxy ganache ! I actually get to eat this one so can’t wait !! Much love Lisa xx

Thanks everyone xx hi Kath galaxy is the chocolate I use it’s a milk chocolate with a caramely ( if that’s a word !) taste I use three to one ratio with the cream xx
