Birthday cake for my 2 yr old great-nephew. Bottom is American Chocolate Mud cake with biscoff filling, chocolate frosting, top is Vanilla cake with strawberry curd filling and vanilla frosting. Unfortunately I’m having a little problem with Gru. I think he was out celebrating Cinco de Maio a little early. He keeps falling and has already damaged the top of the cake. Not sure how I’m going to get him to stay on the cake. Any ideas?
