An oldie but a goodie. My simplified version of Jessica’s of Jessicakes hot-air balloon cake. The tutorial was simple and easy to follow. So much fun to make, and the eating is the best part ;)
The 8" barrel was pastel rainbow cake covered in fondant using the wrap-around method.
The top 4" was vanilla bean cake covered in modeling chocolate.
