My Goddaughter Marina adores Minnie! She got so excited when she saw her cake, that she wanted to rip off the head and run away! We struggled to keep the cake safe until she blew the candles :)
I still remember the excitement when she bit the ear and the lollilop :)
I drew inspiration for the design from relevant works by Rachel Manning cakes and Royal Bakery.
It’s chocolate mud cake inside, with strawberry ganache as a filling.
