I used Laura Loukaides gravity defying cake tutorial to help make this cake (Thank you sweet Laura!) A birthday cake perfect for a chocolate donut and coffee lover. Chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream covered in chocolate ganache. Oh my goodness, I had so much fun with this one! Thanks for looking! :)
