My niece loves Vivienne Westwood so for her 18th Birthday I made her this Westwood inspired cake. The bottom tier was Red Velvet cake with a lemon buttercream covered in what seemed like million hand cut sequins and then airbrushed gold. The second tier was hand painted to look like tartan. The globe was made from rice krispie treat. It was a labour of love adding all those sequins but she loved it so it was worth the lost sleep!
