Fly away lil bird … A cake for my best friends daughter who turned ten. Many firsts for me on this cake including tree structure, sugar hibiscus flowers and this type of ruffle. Bottom tier was peanut butter and top tier was mud chocolate. Both tiers filled with a vanilla bean buttercream and covered with dark chocolate ganache under fondant.
