This is one of my favourite cakes that I made recently, it was for a friends special birthday!
It’s a Dark Mud Cake with Turkish Delight & a choc ganache filling laced with even more Turkish delight!! Needless to say the birthday girl loved her Hand Bag cake & it took her all of two days before bring herself to cut it!! xx :)
