This cake was made for my Nan’s 93rd birthday ( although there seems to be some confusion over her age lol) I thought my gift could be the cake !
The design is taken from the fabulous cotton and crumbs . The cake was layered chocolate and vanilla sponges filled and covered in a whipped chocolate ganache .
