This cake was for the same 80th birthday as the open book cake. I wasn’t setting up cake at venue so I set up the two top tiers and then placed these on the bottom tier to get a photo so you can see see I didn’t get a chance to pipe around to hide where the board was but it was my only chance to get photo of it together. Bottom tier chocolate cake with cookies and cream buttercream, middle tier vanilla with jam and vanilla buttercream, top tier strawberry cake with strawberry buttercream. Hope you like it!
