I made this Temptress cake for the Dublin Guild Sugar craft Cake show competition. The theme was heaven and hell and this was my interpretation of it. There s good and bad in each of us fighting to get out and we get to choose which one we let out, thereby choosing our path….r something like that ;) It was a huge cake, she is sitting on a 20 inch board and is carved from madiera cake. First time I have made a cake that “upset” my son, he was indignant and said that “cake should be happy, that cake is not happy and why are you making it?!?!”
