These are a few cupcakes I whipped up today. Having a few girlfriends over for a Sunday afternoon. I made the toppers a few days ago and glazed with corn syrup & alcohol. SOooo disappointed with my icing. It’s my flour icing I’ve made so, so many times. Got them piped, and within minutes….icing began to droop. :o( :o(. Oh well. Think it won’t matter to them…still tastes great….of course…green icing to coincide with St. Patricks day….. :o)
