Regimental Wedding Cake 'Gold and Third in Catagory'

This was my entry for Cake International Manchester 2014, I was absolutely thrilled to be awarded a gold and third in Category. It was my very first time entering CI.

The base/bottom tier is a Regimental Drum of the Grenadier Guards, all hand painted.

I hope you like as much as I do as it is now taking up a rather large space in my living room. :) :) xx

Awww thank you ladies, and it was a big shock to me getting a medal considering I didn’t nearly take it because I wasn’t 100% happy with, I think because it was original I was lucky. :) xx
