He has terrible tusks and terrible claws and terrible teeth in his terrible jaws. He has knobbly knees and turned out toes and a poisonous wart on the end of his nose. His eyes are orange, his tongue is black and he has purple prickles all over his back! Oh help! Oh no! It’s a Gruffalo!

Rich chocolate fudge cake with a mix of milk and dark chocolate ganache. All models are made from sugarpaste and are edible. Background is hand-painted using gel food colours.

I made this cake for my little boy’s 4th Birthday party last weekend.
