This cake was designed for a dear friend’s little girls 3rd birthday… I’d never heard of Sofia the First so it was a bit of a guess – I hate novelty cakes and hate modelling work so it was more of an interpretation of the theme but I was very pleased with it – maybe a little extravagant for a third birthday but hey! ;)

Top cake is chocolate mud cake with choc ganache.
Bottom cake is wheat free, gluten free, dairy free banana and cinnamon cake.
