I made this cake to fit a theme of Rainbows, Unicorns, and Puppies. So many elements I wanted to do but couldn’t find a way to fit the all together until my daughter walked into the room wearing her unicorn onesie. She is mostly chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, with a little vanilla cake thrown in. She makes me happy every time I look at her, but that’s rainbows, unicorns, and puppies should make you feel. <3
