I had the honour of making my Auntie’s 87th birthday cake this year. She wanted a fruit cake, and requested that it be decorated in red, white and blue the colours of the English and Dutch flag. As she is from England and her late husband my wonderful uncle is from The Nederlands.
I used the Marvelous Molds Silicone Onlay for the demask pattern. A little challenging at the start, but very happy with the end result.
