The Cake was an eggless pineapple cake filled with whipped cream, then coated in a thick layer of Chocolate ganache. Then I laid on strps of chocolate fondant, using a lace mould on the sides and pressed in a lotus design on the top, the centre was hand painted gold, and thats the whole cake! :)
