A different interpretation of the very popular Sofia the First theme. I have new Crystal Candy Lace Mats, & I had design freedom on this cake, so I took the opportunity to use them! It was my first attempt. Sooooo pleased with the result! Cannot recommend them highly enough! The cake is Vanilla Almond Butter Cake with Strawberry White Chocolate buttercream filling, & white chocolate ganache. The toy topper is supplied by the client.
