This was my very first go at make a burger cake….and next time I will definitely get more adventurous. They are lots of fun to make. I made the burger look like meat by indenting the fondant covering the pattie to stipple it for a minced meat effect, then roughly brushed it with some brown food colour and vodka (looked yummier than a real burger)
