When I think of baptism cakes I instantly think Noah’s ark for some reason…and I was so happy to finally create this sweet design for little Joseph, to celebrate his big day!

This two tiered chocolate truffle cake with good ol’ fashion chocolate buttercream was topped with a custom made Noah’s ark which I created using a rice crispy core covered and decorated in gumpaste.
