I love a challenge and the horse on this cake really pushed me to try new techniques. The mother requested a pony and I wanted to make one that was standing up so, I shaped silver foil. It supported itself nicely and worked a treat. I love the way this has turned out, the little girl was thrilled and ultimately that is what cake decorating is all about. X
