I made this cake for a little girl in my son’s preschool class. Originally she wanted a castle cake with a unicorn (which is basically what I made her last year lol) but a couple weeks before the party she said she wanted a mermaid cake. Since her mom had already planned a unicorn party, I came up with this design that would incorporate a mermaid as well. Everything is done in fondant. Thanks so much for looking!
