I love the Shrek movies so it was a real treat to be asked to make a 2 tier Shrek cake for a little boys birthday!!

Both tiers were chocolate, the bottom tier was covered in chocolate fondant while the top one was airbrushed and hand painted to look like the forest that the characters journey through!
