double barrel bottom tier with brush embroidery which was then hand painted to Jenny Kee inspired design ‘waratah’. topped with 2 sugar waratah flowers. THis cake was designed and made to celebrate Australia day.

Uniquely stunningly Australian!

Think what a better world it would be if we all, the whole world, had cookies and milk about three o'clock every afternoon and then lay down on our blankets for a nap.

It’s soooo beautifully Australian!! That whole bottom tier is just gorgeous. And cannot conceive how hard those flowers woulda been!!
