This is actually my own birthday cake :)

She hovers over the cake board supported only by the tip of her tail. She’s finished in modeling chocolate, the wings are sugar paste. Entirely hand dusted (it took FOREVER) and hand sculpted. Inside, chocolate mud cake and a dark gianduja ganache.

She stands 22 inches high and her wing span is just over 24 inches wide.
