I was asked to make this Japanese doll cake named Hiyori which means quiet, calm, inside, deep and beauty. At the beginning it was hard to try to put all those elements in a cake but soon Hiyori came up with almost no effort. The client was so happy and me more than she. The doll is made out of chocolate cake with orange blossom buttercream. Hope you like it!!!
