In Sicily twice a year, in winter and in spring, the lemon trees are covered with white “Zagara” flowers that fill the air with their sweet scent. I made this cake inspired by this atmosphere: it is a painted Wedding Cake decorated with colors and patterns of the traditional Sicilian ceramics and adorned with white Zagara Flowers handmade with Sugar Flower Paste.
