Thanks Fifi, I always wanted to make delicate sugar flowers, but was scared to do them. I know Goreti is really good at them, so she’ll appreciate my initial fears. But now I’ve made this, I’m so excited, and I’m looking at all the flowers in my conservatory to see what I can have a go at making next!!!

Thank you everyone, the leaves aren’t as good as I’d have liked. They weren’t made with cutters, we cut them free hand after pressing the veiner on the paste, so I don’t think it’s as realistic as it should be. But it’s still a triumph for a first attempt xx

Great job Karen. It is gorgeous! Lucky you doing the workshop with Robert Haines. I would love at some point to do something like that. I am sure there are things that I’m doing wrong.
