I made this cake last week for a lovely couple. It is my first 5 tier wedding cake so was quite nerve wracking to do! The bride wanted to give away the top 3 tiers (as is custom in the island culture) so I had to assemble the cake onsite (so the tiers would seperate easily – also a first for me!!!) but it all went smoothly thank goodness! The groom was playing with the lights in the venue so I got a few pics with the fairy lights on and a few without! There are over 400 edible pearls on this cake and 12 peonies! :) Hope you all have a wonderful holiday season :)
